Theater Parking

The area surrounding the Lila Cockrell Theater is under construction.  Please look for signs directing patrons to the opera the day of the event.

• Garage Parking is available at the Marriott Riverwalk, located directly across the street from the entrance of Lila Cockrell Theater. This is a city-owned garage, which normally charges between  $5.00 and $8.00 for event parking.
• Garage Parking is also available one street north of the Lila Cockrell Theater in the River Center Garage.  There is a direct walkway from the entrance of the garage to the theater.

Security

• Both parking garages, as well as the area around the theater, are well-lit and security guards are on patrol for your safety.
• San Antonio Opera provides additional security for the box office and lobby areas of the Lila Cockrell Theater.
