Don't worry about rushing to dinner before the opera. Join us for a fabulous pre-opera dinner for Saturday nights performance or a brunch for the Sunday Matinee. Dinner and Brunch are held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel (next to the Lila Cockrell Theatre).

$65 per person inclusive of tax and gratuities
3 course seated dinner includes salad, tenderloin, herb polenta, vegetables. For desert, fruit sorbet with fresh fruit topping and cookie wafer. 2 glasses of wine included. Vegetarian plates are available if ordered in advance.

Omelet Station, scrambled eggs, waffle station, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, assorted miniature desserts. Orange juice, fresh brewed coffee, decaf coffee, and hot tea.
